3. Candidate Responsibilities
- Provide accurate, up-to-date information
- Complete compliance processes (Garda vetting, certifications)
- Attend scheduled interviews or assignments
- Notify us of availability changes promptly
4. Client Responsibilities
- Provide accurate shift or job details
- Maintain workplace safety and fair treatment
- Pay agreed rates on time
5. Fees & Payment
Clients will be invoiced as per the rate agreed at the time of booking. Delayed payments may incur interest charges.
6. Intellectual Property
All website content including text, logos, and media is owned by Own Your Path and may not be copied or reused without permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for:

- Inaccurate or misleading information provided by users
